Our team focuses on developing and deploying high-quality quantitative-based strategies and predictive signals (alpha) and trading on global financial markets with the goal of achieving a sustainable long-term investment objective.
We are seeking an experienced Asia Market Trader specializing in the KOSPI / Nikkei / China markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the respective market, exhibit strong technical and fundamental analytical skills, and proven track record of implementing successful trading strategies.
What You Will Do At Quant Matter
- Execute manual and automated trades across multiple asset classes.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to identify trading opportunities.
- Develop and implement trading strategies using both technical and fundamental analysis.
- Build and optimize algorithmic trading models.
- Risk Management to minimize risk
- Collaborate with other traders and portfolio managers to optimize trading strategies.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the trading desk.
- Stay up-to-date with market news and developments.
- Learn and adapt to new trading strategies as needed.
Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in any field.
- Min. 2 years of trading experience or fresh graduates with strong passion and want to grow from scratch.
- Prior self-trading experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.
- Experience in coding (Python and C++) and algorithmic trading is a plus.
- Can do attitude
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
