Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Junior Software & Integration Engineer to take ownership of integrations, automations, and hands-on code-level maintenance across our web platform and third-party tools.
This is a full-time, fully remote role.
You will work closely with the product owner and external vendors, but you are expected to understand the codebase well enough to debug and fix issues yourself, not just escalate them.
This role is execution-heavy and technical. It is not a no-code operator position.
Salary: IDR 7,000,000 / month
Core ResponsibilitiesSoftware & Bug Fixing- Read, understand, and modify existing code (primarily JavaScript / Next.js)
- Debug frontend and integration-related bugs independently
- Fix issues related to APIs, webhooks, form submissions, and data handling
- Perform routine refactoring and small feature improvements when needed
Integrations & Automations- Build, configure, and maintain integrations across:
- monday.com
- Calendly
- Outgrow
- respond.io
- WhatsApp Business API
- Chatbots
- Mailchimp
- WordPress
- And similar platforms
- Design and maintain automation logic, triggers, and workflows
- Ensure reliable data flow between website, CRM, messaging, and scheduling tools
Operations & Documentation- Monitor system health and resolve issues proactively
- Document system architecture, integration logic, and known edge cases
- Act as first-line technical support for internal teams
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)- Solid foundation in JavaScript
- Practical experience with Next.js or React-based frameworks
- Ability to debug real production bugs (not just toy projects)
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, async workflows, and error handling
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
Nice to Have- Experience with headless CMS or CRM integrations
- Familiarity with cloud deployment basics (Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
- Prior startup or agency experience
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)- Can independently debug and fix common website and integration bugs
- Understands end-to-end data flow across all systems
- Reduces reliance on external vendors for small and medium issues
- Produces clean, usable technical documentation
