Junior Sales

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in any major (Marketing, Communication, or Management preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, or fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong willingness to learn
• Results-driven and comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for EWA (Earned Wage Access) solutions
• Conduct initial product presentations to prospective clients
• Follow up and assist clients throughout the onboarding process
• Generate new business leads through various outreach strategies
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners
