We're looking for a Junior Researcher to join our Pest & Disease R&D team in Jambi Region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out research focused on Pest & Disease.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and summaries of research activities.
- Oversee ongoing projects and address any challenges that arise.
- Assist in creating SOPs, work instructions, and best-practice guidelines for weed control.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (S2) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Physiology, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of pest & disease principles.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Willingness to be based in Jambi (remote area).
