We're looking for a Junior Researcher to join our Weed Management R&D team in Jambi Region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out research focused on weed management.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and summaries of research activities.
- Oversee ongoing projects and address any challenges that arise.
- Assist in creating SOPs, work instructions, and best-practice guidelines for weed control.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (S2) in a relevant field preferred Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Physiology, or a closely related field, or Bachelor's degree (S1) with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of weed management principles.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Willingness to be based in Jambi (remote area).
