Ordent is looking for a Junior Back-End Developer!

What you will be doing :
- Participate in the product lifecycle by ensuring quality through systematic testing activities;
- Review business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases;
- Execute testing activities including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) based on predefined scenarios;
- Perform manual testing and support automation testing where applicable;
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution;
- Validate that the product meets functional, technical, and business requirements;
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to improve product quality;
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports.
You may be fit to this role if you :
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- Have minimum 1 year of working experience in the banking industry;
- Preferably understand banking business processes;
- Able to conduct testing activities including SIT and UAT, both manually and with automation tools;
- Familiar with creating test scenarios, test cases, and bug reports;
- Have good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams;
- Able to communicate issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willing to work onsite at the assigned office location Jakarta (Sudirman)
- Willing to be placed and work within a banking environment / banking project;
