BMKK is an interior solutions specialist delivering high quality fit outs and custom joinery across a range of sectors including corporate, commercial, hospitality and education. Established in 1995, BMKK has grown to a collective of over 600 people across labourers on-site, factory and our office staff, working together to deliver finest quality and build excellence into interior spaces.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Duri Kepa, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and cost management.

Assist Project Mangers in purchasing materials and coordination with vendors.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare weekly status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, contracts and records.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Bachelor of Architecture, Project Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum experience of 1+ years in a related field.

Strong organizational skills and time management.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical information.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Able to work in a team environment and complete individual assigned tasks.

Proactive attitude in managing tasks / responsibilities and high attention to detail.
