IT Project Manager Junior (PMP Certified)

Job Description

• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of IT projects in accordance with defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, risk registers, and regular project progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, vendors, users, and management.
• Manage and maintain project documentation such as BRD, project charter, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and issues and support the preparation of mitigation plans.
• Ensure the implementation of project management methodologies in line with established standards (PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent PMI-based certification.
• Strong understanding of Project Management Lifecycle, including scope, cost, time, quality, and risk management.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and accustomed to working with deadlines.
