Job Description
1. Identify users needs, problems, and experience in the product through various research methodologies
2. Continuously monitor product performance and gather users feedback
3. Provide insights into market trends and the competitive landscape by conducting competitive analysis
4. Support the operations of research projects
Requirements
1. Currently enrolled or just graduated from a Psychology, Sociology, Business Management, Anthropology, Computer Science, Information System, Educational Technology, or a related field
2. Experience in conducting a research project/assignment would be preferred.
3. Familiarity with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
4. Understanding of factors influencing human behavior, especially in tech or digital environments
5. Passion or interest in the EdTech market/industry (prior exposure is a big plus!)
6. Exposure to or knowledge of research methodologies (quantitative and/or qualitative)
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
