Skyline Semesta is looking for aJunior NOC Engineerto join our technical operations team. Youll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to customers for our delivered products/services
- Monitoring network and operational infrastructure
- Working in a 24/7 shift system (3 shifts/day)
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in TKJ/SIJA or equivalent
- Good knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of IT, especially IT Infrastructure
- Passion and eagerness to learn and adapt
- Willing to work onsite in Bandung
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Relevant certifications/accreditations are a plus
