Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Engineering Jira Contractor for a 6-month period, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The responsibilities include managing and configuring Jira software, developing custom Jira workflows, creating and maintaining project dashboards, integrating Jira with other tools, and providing technical support to team members. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Jira usage.

Technical Operations (6-Month Contract)

• Work Setup: 1 day WFO (Lippo Kuningan), rest remote
• Schedule: 5 days/week, may include weekends & public holidays (replacement day off provided)
  

• Record and track issues in Jira.
• Provide first-level support: troubleshoot, find solutions/workarounds.
• Guide users on how to use the system.
• Monitor system performance and escalate problems if needed.
• Help with debugging and issue resolution.
  

• 1+ year experience in Tech Ops / IT Support or similar.
• Basic coding knowledge (Java or similar).
• Able to write and run simple SQL queries.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
