Job Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure and ensure the availability, security, and reliability of network services within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise network infrastructure, including routing and switching devices.
• Administer and support firewall technologies including Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco ASA, and Firepower.
• Configure and support enterprise proxy solutions, particularly Trellix Skyhigh.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
• Support network change implementation, maintenance activities, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure network operations.
• Follow operational procedures, SLA requirements, and security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Administration or Network Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco ASA, or Firepower firewalls.
• Familiarity with enterprise proxy solutions, preferably Trellix Skyhigh.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network security concepts.
• Experience supporting enterprise network operations environment.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or large enterprise environments.
