IT Network Engineer Junior to Middle Level

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an IT Engineer, System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Network Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to independently handle technical issues.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, servers, operating systems, and system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and incident-handling skills.
• Experienced in installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud infrastructure, databases, or system integration is a plus.
• Able to perform system monitoring and ensure system availability and performance.
• Able to create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, incident reports, and troubleshooting guides.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, clients, and other IT teams.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for technical communication and documentation.
• Willing to participate in a 24/7 support/on-call rotation and handle critical incidents or urgent technical issues as required.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work toward targets and deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA, RHCSA, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or other technical certifications.
• Experience working with B2B or enterprise clients.
• Experience in production environment deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, containerization (Docker), or CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience using monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Experience in incident management and ensuring service availability.
