Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing role based in Setiabudi. The Junior Marketing team member will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote financial services and digital platforms. Daily activities include supporting market research, helping prepare marketing materials and social media content, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and monitoring basic performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to develop promotional strategies, participating in events or outreach activities, and maintaining clear documentation of marketing initiatives. The position offers opportunities to learn about the financial industry while building practical marketing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably based in JABODETABEK.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with prospective and existing clients.
• Willing to learn about market research, customer behavior, marketing strategies, financial services, and client engagement.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
• Willing to learn how to conduct client follow-ups and identify potential customer needs.
• Proactive, confident, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Target-oriented and motivated to support individual and team goals.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Business Development, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
