Role Description The Junior Marketing Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote VictionX services and educational programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, supporting social media content and engagement, coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, and helping prepare marketing materials and presentations. The Junior Marketing Officer also supports sales and client acquisition activities by gathering leads, following up on inquiries, and participating in events or promotional activities. The role requires proactive collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong interest in trading, investment, and digital marketing.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and basic Sales to support campaigns and client acquisition activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather data, analyze trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Communication to convey information clearly, collaborate with teams, and interact with clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage content, monitor engagement, and build brand awareness.
• Additional qualifications such as strong organizational skills, ability to work on-site in Jakarta, and enthusiasm for trading and investment are beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; internship or entry-level experience in marketing or finance is an advantage.
