Innovative Curriculum Design: Develop and adapt lesson plans and classroom materials using interactive, student-centered teaching approaches tailored to diverse learner needs.- Create engaging and structured learning materials, including lesson plans, exercises, assessments, and multimedia content.
Ensure all content is pedagogically sound, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and media teams to deliver high-quality educational content.
Data-Driven Feedback: Observe, collect, and analyze student performance and feedback to continuously refine teaching strategies and classroom practices.
Program Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive offline learning programs that meet academic goals and student needs.
Active Classroom Facilitation: Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that motivates students and enhances their English communication skills.
Requirements:
Native or near-native English proficiency, supported by a TOEFL score of 500+ or an IELTS score of 6+.
Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
Experience in curriculum design or educational content development, especially in English Language Teaching (ELT).
Familiarity with CEFR, Bloom's Taxonomy, or other language learning frameworks.
Ability to write clearly and concisely for various proficiency levels.
Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and content authoring tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
Understanding of basic product management skills and tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable appearing on camera and confident in delivering instructional content for video-based learning.
Able to create and present engaging educational video materials to support learning programs.
