Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts
Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals
Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat)
Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner
Requirements
Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
