TNP Group is looking for a Junior Finance Manager (Accounting & Tax) to support our fast-growing retail operations.
This role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong accounting, tax, and retail operational experience who can ensure accurate reporting, healthy cashflow, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Manage accounting records, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
- Handle tax compliance (PPN & PPh), including reporting and timely payment in accordance with regulations
- Review tax working papers prepared by the Tax Officer
- Monitor and manage cashflow, Account Receivable (AR), and Account Payable (AP)
- Coordinate and oversee stock opname and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy between system and actual stock
- Support budgeting and weekly forecast reporting for management
- Act as PIC for external audits, including audit preparation and follow-up of findings
- Supervise, guide, and support Finance & Tax team members to ensure work quality and compliance
- Support finance control and reconciliation for company expos and offline events to ensure accurate sales, cash, and inventory records
- Review and improve internal finance processes, including SOP updates to increase efficiency and control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- Brevet A & B (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax
- Retail / FMCG experience with inventory handling is mandatory
- Experience managing AR/AP, tax reporting, and audit processes
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- CA / CPA certification is a strong advantage (nice to have)
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight timelines
- Comfortable leading a small team while remaining operationally involved
- Willing to work WFO in Kelapa Gading
- Available to join immediately is a plus
