Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Automating tasks to streamline operations processes.
  • Handling server incidents promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining on-premise servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Acting as the first-tier support for server-related issues.
  • Automating linear ticketing based on alerting systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including middle and night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience or internships in a related field would be a plus.
