Job Descriptions:
- Develop and optimize NLP pipelines for sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and text summarization, etc.
- Fine-tune and implement IndoBERT, Hugging Face Transformers, and LLMs for production use cases.
- Build automation systems to replace repetitive manual data processing and reporting tasks.
- Implement clustering, embedding-based search, and semantic retrieval to enhance data insights.
- Build and maintain chatbots and conversational AI integrated with APIs.
- Work with Elasticsearch and vector databases for search and retrieval solutions.
- Occasionally work on computer vision projects (image classification, object detection, OCR, etc.).
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ML modeling.
- Deploy ML/NLP/CV models using Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, and containerized environments.

Qualifications
Technical Skills:

- NLP & AI: IndoBERT, Hugging Face Transformers, topic extraction, summarization, sentiment analysis, ABSA, embeddings (Sentence-BERT, OpenAI), clustering, entity recognition & Langchain.
- Machine Learning: Classification, regression, clustering; PyTorch, TensorFlow, model fine-tuning.
- Search & Retrieval: Elasticsearch, vector search, semantic search, RAG.
- Conversational AI: Chatbot development (LLM-based), Generative AI.
- Data Engineering: Data cleaning, preprocessing, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), big data tools (Spark/Hadoop).
- Web & API Development: Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit; REST/GraphQL API integration.
- DevOps & Tools: SSH, Linux CLI, Git, ML/NLP model deployment to production.
