As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient data warehouse systems to support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with data and business teams to ensure optimal, accurate, and accessible data integration processes for analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Warehouse Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Data Warehouse systems.
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
- Experienced in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Metabase, PowerBI, or Superset.
- Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation.
- Familiar with Metabase for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments.
- Skilled in using orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Astronomer.
- Experience using Airbyte for data integration and ingestion.
- Comfortable with Shell scripting/Linux for automation and server operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
