Responsibilities:

Analyze sentiment and conversation trends

Develop comprehensive analytical reports based on data insights

Prepare sharp and relevant executive summaries

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Statistics, Mathematics, Political Science, or other relevant fields

Candidates with a background in Journalism will be considered a plus

Experience in Social Media Data Analytics or having completed an internship/project as a Data Analyst or Media Analyst

Strong skills in analytical thinking, data analytics & statistics, and effective communication & collaboration

Able to produce reports in formal Indonesian with clear narrative structure

Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or similar software)

Must have a personal laptop/PC with minimum 8 GB RAM

Easily reachable, including during public holidays, for urgent reporting needs

Willing to work on weekend shifts, if required
