This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Consultant (Tax and Accounting) located in Surabaya. Responsibilities include assisting with tax planning, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax documents, supporting tax audits, and staying updated on relevant tax laws. The Junior Consultant will work closely with senior team members to provide accurate tax and accounting services to clients while adhering to deadlines and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
• Experience or knowledge in Tax Preparation and Tax Audits
• Familiarity with Tax Law and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications such as Brevet A and B are a plus
• Previous experience in tax or accounting roles is an advantage
