Responsibilities
- Managing payroll calculation each month. Make sure the payroll is calculated according to employee's attendance and benefits.
- Coordinate with the internal team related to employee attendance and overtime record.
- Proposing employee benefits planning for the entire team.
- Conduct and manage analysis related to payroll and benefits.
- Update with regional regulations related to tax calculation and mandatory government benefits.
- Support manager in decision about compensation package and salary increment planning.
- Administer employee insurance, health insurance planning and other insurance plans.
- Delivering payroll reports accurately and record it accordingly.
Qualifications
- Graduate as Bachelor Degree. Majoring in Management, Finance or other related majors.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits role 1-3 Years.
- Strong in data analysis and excel formula related to payroll.
- Strong knowledge in employee tax calculation and other government regulations.
- Good communication and understanding the art of negotiation.
- Minimum English proficiency level is B2.
