Manage day-to-day coordination with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations aligned with KPIs and SLAs
Monitor partner performance, including fulfilment rates, order processing SLAs, service quality, and inventory readiness
Ensure stock accuracy and conduct SKU-level sales forecasting to support business targets
Manage settlement processes and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Coordinate partner onboarding and go-live readiness, including training submissions, legal documentation, and checklist completion
Prepare regular performance reports and support the development of a high-quality partner network
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or other commercial-related fields
Experience in commercial, business, partnership, or e-commerce-related roles is an advantage
Strong interest in and passion for the fast-evolving e-commerce industry
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, well organised, and able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
Self-driven team player with a proactive attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions (Finance, Operations, and Account Management)
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations
Willing to travel for business purposes when required
Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (BSD, Tangerang), with a minimum of two days per week in the office and full on-site presence during month-end periods, based on business needs
