Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations aligned with KPIs and SLAs
  • Monitor partner performance, including fulfilment rates, order processing SLAs, service quality, and inventory readiness
  • Ensure stock accuracy and conduct SKU-level sales forecasting to support business targets
  • Manage settlement processes and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and go-live readiness, including training submissions, legal documentation, and checklist completion
  • Prepare regular performance reports and support the development of a high-quality partner network

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or other commercial-related fields
  • Experience in commercial, business, partnership, or e-commerce-related roles is an advantage
  • Strong interest in and passion for the fast-evolving e-commerce industry
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, well organised, and able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-driven team player with a proactive attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions (Finance, Operations, and Account Management)
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Willing to travel for business purposes when required
  • Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (BSD, Tangerang), with a minimum of two days per week in the office and full on-site presence during month-end periods, based on business needs
