Role Description

Fazpass is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development professional for a full-time, hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this position, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, perform market research, and establish meaningful relationships with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting lead generation, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members both remotely and in the Jakarta office to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and teams
  • Experience with lead generation and market research to identify and attract potential customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with digital security or technology products is a plus
  • Professional Fluency in English
  • Prior experience (including internships) in a B2B environment is a significant advantage
  • Experience in identifying and attracting potential enterprise customers through various channels
