We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Executive to support brand strategy execution, campaign development, and brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring alignment between brand positioning and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
- Execute brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across online and offline channels.
- Monitor brand performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
2. Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, social, and activation).
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, operations) and external vendors/agencies.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
3. Content & Communication
- Work closely with creative teams to develop key visuals, messaging, and brand storytelling.
- Review and approve marketing materials to ensure brand guideline compliance.
- Support copy development for marketing collaterals and campaigns.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
5. Budget & Performance Monitoring
- Track marketing budget utilization.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (awareness, engagement, conversion, ROI).
- Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in brand/marketing role (FMCG, retail, startup, or agency background)
- Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing communication.
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
