We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Associate to join our distinguished team. This position is designed for a legal professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who is looking to advance their career in a challenging and supportive environment.
Position: Junior Associate (Full-time)
Location: Jakarta (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various points of law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents, including contracts, legal opinions, and court submissions.
- Assist senior lawyers and partners in managing cases, transactions, and client portfolios.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and advice under senior supervision.
- Liaise with governmental bodies, regulatory authorities, and other external parties as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or a corporate legal environment.
- Possession of a PERADI advocate license will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
