Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Bandung for a Junior Product Manager. The Junior Product Manager will actively assist in the development and launch of new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include market research, gathering and analyzing user feedback, aligning product goals with company strategies, and tracking the performance of existing products. The role involves coordinating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Product Development, Business Analyst, or System Analyst
• Strong understanding of and experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Able to create PRDs, user stories, and product documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to set priorities and make data-driven decisions
• Familiar with tools such as Taiga, Figma, or similar
• Experience in recruitment and/or Business Development is a plus
