Analyze technical requirements based on functional specifications provided by business analysts or functional consultants.
Develop custom programs and enhancements using Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Visual Builder Studio, Oracle APEX, Oracle Integration Cloud.
Build and manage system integrations using APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of existing code and queries.
Provide technical support during ERP implementation, upgrades, patching, and post-go-live activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and test scripts.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Technical knowledge of PLSQL, Forms, Reports, Integration, etc.
Experience in Reporting tools (SQL Query, PL/SQL, Report Builder, BI Publisher, OTBI, FDI).
Experience in Oracle APEX or other development tools any language (XML SOAP, JSON Rest API, Java Script, CSS) is nice.
Experience to use Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrates the technology leadership in the project, technical design, data architecture and impact analysis.
Gather and analyze technical requirement from business user.
Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
Should have writing skills to deliver project documentation (Technical Design Document).
Diligent, multi-tasking, willing to learn, excellent in teamwork and good integrity.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
