Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role based in Jakarta. The Jewelry Consultant will welcome customers, present collections, and provide knowledgeable guidance on lab-grown gemstones and jewelry pieces. Daily tasks include understanding customer preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and handling sales transactions in a professional and accurate manner. The role also involves maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is visually appealing, and supporting inventory checks. The Jewelry Consultant will collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience, promote sustainable luxury, and contribute to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build rapport, and provide clear, informed guidance.
• Experience in Customer Experience and Retail Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into purchases.
• Interest or background in Jewelry Design, with an ability to explain product features, materials, and design concepts clearly.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones, jewelry materials, or a willingness to learn about lab-grown jewelry and sustainable luxury.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, including weekends or retail hours as needed, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills for managing displays and stock.
• Previous experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail is an advantage but not required.
