Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Japanese Teacher at Staphylo Company, located in Denpasar. The Japanese Teacher will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, teaching Japanese to students of various proficiency levels, and assessing student progress. Additional responsibilities will include creating a conducive learning environment, fostering effective communication with students, and promoting an appreciation for Japanese language and culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese teaching and language instruction
• Strong skills in lesson planning and educational methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, or a related field (preferred)
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in Japanese language instruction (such as JLPT proficiency is a plus)
• Passion for teaching and fostering cultural exchange
• Prior experience teaching Japanese is highly advantageous
