Location: Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries from Japanese speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone (voice), email, and live chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure all cases are properly documented in the system with complete and accurate details
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting quality and service standards
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Achieve individual and team KPIs, including service level and performance targets
Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma with experiance, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3–N1 required)
• Intermediate level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related fields is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with good documentation skills
• Strong problem solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, chat systems)
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to be based in Jakarta
• Available to join immediately or within short notice
