Pizza 4P's is an innovative pizza brand from Vietnam, with over 36 full-service restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Japan, and Indonesia. Work location: Jakarta Mori Tower 14F, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No.41 Kav. 40, Jakarta, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta.
What Will You Do
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team during daily operation
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standard
- Coordinate food preparation to support smooth service flow
- Monitor stock usage and support inventory control
- Assist the Restaurant Manager/Kitchen Assistant Manager in daily kitchen operation
Who Are We Looking For
- Experience as a Kitchen Supervisor/Kitchen Leader for at least 1 year , and Kitchen Operations experience for at least 2 years
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Able to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holiday
- Disciplined, responsible, and team-orient
- Able and willing to handle non-halal ingredient
