IT Systems & Network Administrator (Overseas)

Job Location:

• Poipet, Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia

Job Responsibilities:

• Be part of a support team, communicating well with other departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
• Implement and troubleshoot firewall, routers, switches, and servers.
• Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate hardware replacements and carrier/supplier issues.
• Document IT infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented.
• Prepare analyses of the security, capacity, and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
• Research, plan, design, implement, and improve IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Bahasa Indonesia speaker and conversational in the English language.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and networking fundamentals (eg. routing, vlan, TCP/IP, switches).
• Understanding of OSI model and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in Docker & virtualization is preferred.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
• CCNA or other related certifications is a plus.
