Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Developers, and end users to produce software designs.
Prepare and maintain technical design documentation, including but not limited to Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), and Epics.
Analyze software defects and propose effective solution designs to resolve issues.
Provide testing data along with proper documentation.
Support agile project delivery processes and ceremonies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Technical Analyst in the banking industry.
Experience in implementing Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine, or similar).
Proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL databases.
Experience handling API integration is highly preferred.
