Job Description:

The IT Support with experience in IT Asset Management (Middle Level) role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services and asset management to support daily business operations. This position acts as t he primary point of contact for end users, handles technical issues of moderate complexity, and manages the full lifecycle of IT assets in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and coordinate daily IT support for end users (on-site and remote) as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Troubleshoot and resolve mid-level issues related to end-user devices, operating systems, applications, and IT tools.

Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems and business applications to ensure service stability.

Manage corporate user accounts, email services, access rights, and basic IT security controls.

Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, handover, return, maintenance, replacement, and disposal.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty claims, and asset disposal.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory records.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and software licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 35 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience in end-user support and troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Experience managing user accounts, email systems, and access controls.

Familiar with IT asset management processes and documentation.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Linux environments.

Familiarity with endpoint security, VPN, and remote access tools.

Experience using ITSM or asset management systems.

Exposure to vendor management and warranty handling.

Knowledge of basic networking and security best practices.

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft).
