Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for an experienced IT Support Supervisor to lead and oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring reliable and efficient technology services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage IT support team operations and daily activities
- Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Monitor IT service performance and improve support processes and standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for IT-related matters
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and hospital operational standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in IT support, with leadership or supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support
- Good problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site environment is an advantage
