Job Description

Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for an experienced IT Support Supervisor to lead and oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring reliable and efficient technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage IT support team operations and daily activities
  • Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues
  • Monitor IT service performance and improve support processes and standards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for IT-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and hospital operational standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in IT support, with leadership or supervisory exposure
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-site environment is an advantage
