IT Support Staff

Job Description :

1. Install, configure, and maintain IT devices (PCs, Laptops, Printers).

2. Handle troubleshooting for operating systems, hardware, email, and internet connections.

3. Support and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi Networks

4. Provide technical support related to hardware, software, systems, and networks

Job Qualifications :

1. Candidate must posses minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

2. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience

3. Good in detail, willing to learn and accept multitasking job and also out of hours if needed.

4. Basic knowledge or good understanding in IT operation, software installation, networking technology and concept, networking troubleshooting.

5. Proactive team player and have ability to quickly establish good working relationship with users and a team.
