Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Support Specialist located in North Cikarang. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computers, information technology, and help desk support on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
Help Desk Support skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of Honda products and services is a plus
Associate&aposs or Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology or related field
