Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic IT infrastructure issues.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows-based systems.
  • Handle setup and configuration of email clients (Windows-based), including Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Outlook.
  • Support basic electrical-related tasks that align with IT operations (e.g., managing cables, power sources, device installation).
  • Assist in diagnosing network, connectivity, and peripheral issues, escalating to Level 3 or relevant teams when necessary.
  • Ensure all technical issues are resolved within defined SLAs and maintain clear documentation of support activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily IT operations and small-scale infrastructure tasks.
  • Provide on-site support for office equipment such as printers, scanners, and meeting room devices.

Requirements:

  • SMK/D3 in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in IT Support or Technical Support, preferably Level 2.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, device configuration, and basic IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of electrical components related to IT setup is a plus.
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Exchange-based email clients.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a full on-site environment.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Preferably male and domiciled in/around Yogyakarta.
