Requirements:
- D3 or S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field (IT Support and related)
- Basic knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, routers).
- Familiar with Windows, MacOS, and basic Linux systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Able to install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Placement Jabodetabek Area - open to mobile working
