Gambaran Pekerjaan
- Melakukan pendataan perangkat sesuai SOP
- Melakukan setting, konfigurasi, perawatan, perbaikan dan instalasi/update software
- Melakukan penggantian/pemasangan perangkat (komponen hardware)
- Melakukan pemindahan perangkat selama di lokasi sesuai lingkup pekerjaan
Requirements
- Minimal Lulusan SMK/D3-S1 jurusan teknik komputer jaringan, teknik informatika, sistem informasi
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang IT Support (memahami troubleshooting, konfigurasi, dan instalasi perangkat Laptop/Notebook dan Printer)
- Pengetahuan dasar di Network (LAN, WAN, VPN), DNS, TCP/IP, dan Firewall Technologies
- Bersedia Shifting dan ditempatkan di area project
- Sedang tidak bekerja fulltime (diutamakan)
