Hiring IT Support Generalist - Shifting
We are Group of FMCG Company and Have Factory in Jakarta and Wonogiri.
Jobdesk :
- Provide IT support for hardware/software/network.
- Manage LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewall.
- Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI and other tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to understand data needs and align BI efforts with business goals
- Reporting To IT Group Manager & Direct Superior
Qualifications
- Min 3 Years Experience In IT Support & Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365-based BI tools
- Work in Shifting
- Placement at Wonogiri Factory - Jawa Tengah
