Job Description

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical support to users
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners)
  • Install and manage operating systems (primarily Windows)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates
  • Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support
  • Proven experience as IT Support, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of, Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory & Hardware troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
