Role Description

As an IT Software Support professional, you will provide technical support to clients and assist them in troubleshooting a variety of software and network-related issues. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and maintaining system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to deliver an exceptional support experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshoot software/system issues (POS/ERP/CRM)
  • Good communication, fast response, problem solver
  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support (remote/on-site)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends
  • Assist basic coding/automation & simple integrations
