Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of IT security systems, including IDS/IPS, firewalls, WAF, endpoint security solutions, and SIEM systems.
- Respond to basic IT security incidents such as viruses, malware infections, and suspicious login activities.
- Carry out regular patching and updates for security systems.
- Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
- Manage user access, including account creation, modification, and removal.
- Support the documentation of security SOPs and incident reports.
- Assist in delivering cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network security concepts, encryption, and access control.
- Familiarity with tools such as antivirus software, firewalls, or endpoint protection solutions is a plus.
