Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- 8+ years of experience in information security;
- Experience in financial institutions (securities, banking, insurance, fintech);
- Hands-on experience with audits, incident response, and vulnerability management;
- Broad understanding of application, infrastructure, and network security.
Preferred Candidates :
- Experience securing mobile applications, APIs, and cloud environments;
- Ability to propose practical security solutions rather than blocking business;
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and executives;
- Relevant IT Cyber Security Certifications.
Job Descriptions :
- Lead information security governance and daily security operations;
- Manage security audits, regulatory inspections, and internal control reviews;
- Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation;
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate incident response activities;
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams;
- Report security risks and incidents clearly to management and/or CTO;
- Identifying gaps followed by initiating and completing remediation activities;
- Continuous improvement to security posture.
Work Arrangement:Full Work From Office (WFO) at our Jakarta HQ.
Candidates are expected to perform duties on-site to ensure effective coordination and alignment with our business operations.
