IT Security / System Administrator
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Security Administrator or System Administrator
(mandatory experience in the financial services or insurance industry)
- Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including:
User provisioning (create, modify, disable)
Access approval and compliance processes
Active Directory (AD) management
- Familiar with working in a ticketing-based environment and approval-driven SOPs
- Solid understanding of IT security principles, including least privilege and access control
- Experience conducting periodic User Access Reviews / Access Matrix Reviews
- Familiar with endpoint/workstation hardening and basic security controls
- Able to prepare operational reports and proper documentation (monthly or periodic)
- Fluent in English, proven by a valid TOEFL / IELTS / or equivalent certification
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment
- Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta
